To travel abroad … experience the flavors of Europe – the wine, the beer, the food. Save the airfare (for now) and let our Cartridge culinary geniuses take you there with a one-of-a-kind dining experience … via Spain, Greece, Italy, France and Germany.
Each course evokes a country’s signature flavors and tantalizing tastes, complete with pairings of curated wine or Cartridge beer. Plus, you still get to take a trip – this time around the brewery (yes, your Chef’s Table Dinner includes a guided behind-the-scenes tour as well – no airline miles needed). 
Your itinerary is set. Gather your favorite travel companions and come take a tour of Europe, Cartridge-style. 

$95/per person (includes gratuity) covers a behind-the-scenes tour to learn more about our brewing process, all 5 expertly prepared courses plus your choice of beer or wine pairings (*additional drinks may be purchased*)

Amuse-Bouche: SPAIN – Shrimp Ceviche

First Course: GREECE – Cucumber, Tomato, Feta & Crab Salad

  • BEER PAIRING: Hollow Point (Hibiscus Ale)
  • WINE PAIRING: Dr. Loosen “Dr. L” (Dry Riesling) 

Second Course: ITALY – Porchetta with Broccolini and Gnocchi

  • BEER PAIRING: Primer (American Pilsner)
  • WINE PAIRING: Nicolas Idiart (Pinot Noir)

Third Course: FRANCE – Duck Leg Confit with Fingerling Potatoes, Haricot Vert, Rendered Bacon and Red Wine Demi-Glacé

  • BEER PAIRING: Prost (Munich-Style Dunkel)
  • WINE PAIRING: St. Francis (Cabernet Sauvignon)

Dessert:  GERMANY  – German Chocolate Cheesecake
